Justin Masterson didn't have his best stuff, as he surrendered five earned runs, but the Indians offense continued to roll through. Drew Stubbs had a stellar night, going 4-5 and knocking in the walk off run on a double, driving home Mike Aviles, who was also 3-5. Mark Reynolds continues his power streak as he blasted another two run home run.

Cleveland Indians 7 vs. Minnesota Twins 3
The Tribe offense continued to roll, and Scott Kazmir got his first win as an Indian and since 2010. Kazmir tossed six innings and gave up two runs while striking out seven. He is now 1-1 on the season. In his first at bat back, Nick Swisher pounded a change up over the right field fence for a home run. Jason Kipnis is also seeming to find his stride again as he also put out a dinger, and fell a double shy of the cycle today. Asdrubal Cabrera and Michael Brantley also chipped in RBI's as well, as the Tribe offense continues to surge, having 10 or more hits in every single game on this winning streak.

Said Swisher of Kazmir: "He was pitching in independent ball last year," Swisher said. "For him to be where he is now, especially with the stuff that he has -- he has a lot left in the tank, and I'm glad he's on our side."
Remember that Scott Kazmir is only 29 years old, and signed a minor league deal with the Indians. If this trend continues, he, along with Ryan Raburn, could have been steals among the big leagues in signings.
